Wallet balances reflect only the amounts you have personally deposited and withdrawn through the platform — no interest, profit, or return is added by us. Any projection or estimate shown in the Tools section is illustrative only, calculated from a growth rate you choose, and is never a promise of actual results.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or where required by applicable law.
Your wallet balance is a record of amounts you have deposited and withdrawn through the platform. You may withdraw your own available balance at any time; there is no lock-in period. Deposits and withdrawals recorded on the platform reflect bookkeeping entries only — see Section 1 for what this does and does not mean about actual movement of funds through any payment processor connected to the platform, if and when one is integrated.
Referrals unlock learning content and community recognition for both the referring and referred member. Referral rewards are never a cash payout, and are never funded from other members' deposits. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent referral activity are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of referral rewards or account suspension.
We may ask you to submit identity documents (such as a national ID, passport, or driver's license) for verification purposes. Submitted documents are reviewed by our team and are stored securely; access is restricted to authorized administrators. You are responsible for ensuring any document you submit is genuine and belongs to you.
We collect the information necessary to operate your account: your name, email, phone number, wallet and transaction history, savings goals, learning progress, referral relationships, and any KYC documents you submit. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is stored and used. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may not use the platform to: provide false information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account; interfere with the platform's normal operation; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
The platform, including its educational content and illustrative calculators, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Illustrative projections are estimates only and are not guarantees of future results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invest & Earn Reward is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
