This Privacy Policy explains what information Invest & Earn Reward collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. It applies to anyone who creates an account or uses this platform.

2. What we collect

When you create and use an account, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and Senegalese phone number;
• A hashed version of your password (see Section 3 — we never store or see the password itself);
• Wallet balance and transaction history (deposits and withdrawals you record on the platform);
• Savings goals and learning progress you create;
• Referral relationships (who referred you, and who you've referred);
• KYC identity documents you choose to submit (e.g. national ID, passport, or driver's license), along with the details you enter alongside them;
• Messages you send us through the contact form;
• Basic technical data such as browser type, used to keep the platform secure (e.g. detecting repeated failed login attempts).

3. How your password is protected

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Each password is hashed using scrypt, a salted, computationally-expensive hashing algorithm designed to resist password-cracking attempts. This means that even we cannot see or recover your actual password — if you forget it, you'll need to reset it, not have it "looked up."

4. How your data is used

We use the information above to: operate your account and dashboard; process your deposits, withdrawals, and savings goals as you record them; review KYC submissions; respond to messages you send us; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse (such as repeated failed login attempts).

5. Who can see your data

Your account data is visible to you, and to authorized administrators of Invest & Earn Reward for the purposes of KYC review, support, and platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on the servers that run this platform. KYC documents are stored separately from your account record, with access restricted to administrator accounts.

7. Your rights

You can view and update your name and phone number at any time from your Profile page. You can withdraw your full wallet balance at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@investandearnreward.com or through the contact form — we will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

8. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data except where we are required to retain records for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
